Chickens decrease their egg laying numbers as the daylight hours and temperatures decrease. As the daylight hours lengthen at the end of February, we will be making small amounts of eggs available for purchase. Late Spring and Summer more and more will become available. 

All eggs will be washed. This removes the natural bloom from the egg which protects it from unwanted bacteria. Once washed, all eggs must be refrigerated. These will last for 2 months in your fridge from the date listed on the packaging.
